Event Information:
In 2008, Granite Bay Golf Club’s Classic Weekend pays
tribute to the memory of Member Phil Taylor by selecting the
Hirschberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research as one
of our recipients. On Friday, September 26, we kick-off the
weekend with the Charity Classic Tournament. A full day is
planned with boxed lunch, 18-holes of great golf, dinner,
and silent auction. If golf isn’t your game, please join us
for the fabulous dinner reception and auction. The GBGC
Classic Car show is back bigger and better this year on
Sunday, September 28. More categories have been added,
including exotics, imports, and of course our favorite
corvettes and oldies will be back. A fun time for the entire
family is guaranteed with food, 50/50 raffles, activities
for the kids and of course, cruising through the cars.
“Classic” is defined as “serving as a standard, model, or
guide” and Phil Taylor is a true classic. Join us for the
great game that Phil loved, reminisce with friends, shed a
few tears, and join the fight to find a cure.
